We are looking for another person(s) in which to share a house in Walnut Creek, so that everyone can save for FIRE in a reasonable amount of time. We have a 2-year old and another on the way, so housemate(s) should love kids or be a family themselves. The house is a 3/2 with plenty of extra rooms for guests, offices, and play areas, and a great backyard that backs up to a park. Great schools in the area. 0.2 miles to a 40-mile regional trail network. 1.5 miles (bikeable on the trail) to PH Bart station, so a 45 minute commute to downtown SF. We lived in co-ops in Davis so are used to the sharing economy, and enjoy being sociable, especially with fellow Mustachians. 1-room with shared bath $800 , 1-room with own bath 1100, and 2 rooms with shared bath 1500.
