About the space: 2BR apartment is located 5 mins from downtown in the Uptown/Lyn Lake neighborhood. Apartment is freshly updated with stainless steel appliances, new carpet, ect. and in a well-run building that nails the basics of cleanliness and quality maintainance staff, without lots of extra frills and cost. Close to the lakes, greenway bike trail, Minneapolis Institute of Arts, and lots of other free/nearly free ammenities. My current roomate is heading west for a new job, so I'm looking for a new roomate. We would split rent evenly, half of which being $530/month + utilities.
About me: I'm a mid-twenties professional who travels a lot for work and is in a long distance relationship, so I'm often out of town. When I am in town (~10 days a month on average), I enjoy cooking, getting in a workout and grabbing a drink.
