Place to stay in NYC needed
« on: July 19, 2016, 09:47:27 AM »
Dear NYC Mustachians,

My dad, my wife, and I will be coming to NYC for the U.S. Open in late August. My dad is a tennis coach who loves tennis, he is coming all the from Colombia for this amazing tournament.

I have been looking at hotels in the area and the prices are ridiculously anti-mustachian! Are there any kind souls around NYC that could provide us with a place to crash? We are looking for the nights of Aug 26, 27, and 28. We'll be at the tournament all day so all we need is a place to sleep. As good mustachians, we'll sleep on the floor or our own air mattress if necessary :)

In return, you'll always have a place to stay in Raleigh, NC and in Colombia (our home country) if we happen to be there.

If you can help us please respond to this thread, send me a private message, or an email to contact@financeclever.com

Thank you!

Try Airbnb, and look into the boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens etc). In my old neighborhood in Brooklyn there is a b&b called Parkside Manir that is a bit quirky but nice and relatively affordable. There are a couple others in the area too. Just look for somewhere near a subway line that gets you where you want to go.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
