wow that sounds like a great deal! My friend and I are looking to move to SF sometime this year, but probably not for several more months. I'll pm you when we are getting ready to head that way and see if you are still looking to do something like that.

Hi, I am looking for a place to live during my upcoming internship in the Financial District from October-end of February. I wondered if you might know of anyone in the area willing to rent to a responsible, neat tenant for that time period. Thank you in advance for any suggestions or pointers! (In the past I've used Airbnb and VRBO to find internship housing but a personal referral would be super helpful!)
