Hello! My roommate and I are moving out of our downtown Madison apartment, and are subletting it for the remainder of our lease. (The apartment is solid; we're moving out because she bought a rad house.)
It's a fantastic location, has 2 skylights and 2 balconies, central air, a new fridge, good carpet, and is just blocks from both State Street and the Capitol.
