Hi all,
My husband and I are moving to the Boulder area for a new job for me and looking for a housing rental. We are 30-year old professionals, quiet, clean, non-smokers, no pets or kids, stable income. We have been renters for 10+ years with no issues and have excellent references. We are looking in Boulder, Louisville, or Longmont for a 2 bedroom (1 OK), 1 bathroom (min), house or townhouse, with a washer/dryer or with hook-ups, and covered parking. Though obviously we are buying bikes ASAP once moving :) My job starts Dec 12th so we would like to move in the weekend before, but we are flexible. Max price $2200/month + utilities. Looking for 12-month lease.
