Thought I'd throw this out there although I don't expect to get too much response. Our lease is over at the end of March. Anyone have a rental in any of the Denver neighborhoods below for a reasonable price (hoping around 1400-1450 or less depending on neighborhood)?
Looking for single family home, or side by side duplex, with yard and garage. 2bd with at semi-open layout (i.e. kitchen is not completely separate).
Baker/Lincoln Park/South Broadway
Sloan's Lake/Lower Highlands.
Ballpark, City Park/N City Park, Five Points, Curtis Park/Park Hill
Athmar Park/Valverde area
We are great tenants and have both been renting for 10+ years. I'm pretty handy and don't mind fixing minor things myself (with landlord's approval). DH is a guitar player though, so trying to minimize shared walls for everyone's sanity. Oh, and we have (1) cat. She has not damaged anything in any of our previous rentals no accidents ever, does not scratch wood (really she just sleeps and eats). So if anyone has anything fitting the criteria available for rent please PM me or respond below. Open to considering overlap a week or so depending on availability dates/pricing. If you have something opening up in May that would be fine also.
Alternatively, anyone have space to rent in a garage for a small teardrop trailer (built on harbor freight 5x8 trailer so relatively small). If I could find a garage for a low price then it would open up our rental opportunities downtown greatly. Would just be for storage and would need access most weekends in the summer.
