The pitch: fully automated bicycle rental station placed at hotels and resorts around the company. Established, 6-yr old business with 250+ hotel locations in US and Australia. You can buy the stations and place them yourself, or you can buy them with locations already established. Think private bike share, with no rebalancing (boomerang, out and back, so bikes are always at one station). Website needs a facelift, but here's

I purchased two of these stations myself, then joined the business as it grew. I was looking for a passive-ish investment that appealed to me (already had property, wanted something new). I really loved it, found it worked, am now working with them.
