DH and I recently bought our first house, and we're looking to pad our early retirement fund by renting out the extra bedrooms. We're pretty laid back peeps that mostly keep to ourselves.

Here's the basics
Rent: $550 per month, not including utilities; deposit of $550
Utilities/Maintenance: Variable fee for maint/elec/gas/water/sew/trash/recycle/wifi
Commute: Easy access to bus route 12, light rail coming soon
Neighborhood: Walk to grocery, bus, rec center, industrial park
Closest Major Intersection: E 112th Ave and Washington St
