An excellent book, suggesting that everyone has a birthright to land, water, air, oil, gas and minerals in a country, so all royalties should be paid as a citizen's dividend, an equal share for each person, non transferable. If the dividends are large enough, they will offset some of the suffering of poor people. Like the Alaska Fund.
