I've read that there are a lot of computer folks here.  Thought I'd share this amazing book.  Having trouble communicating how or why things are the way they are to someone who hasn't a clue?  Ask them to read this, after you have read it yourself.  I guarantee at some point while reading you will exclaim "Yes!  That is exactly what happens!"

Correct, for those that simply cannot understand but should.  For those in the field it is very enlightening as well to understand what it is you are asking others to read.  It is really good when you have an owner, manager, ceo or whatever that simply does not get it.
