Hi everyone, I just found out that I'm pregnant and am excited to learn and track everything there is with the process. What is your favorite pregnancy app? Thanks!

I only used one because it worked well enough. "Ovia", it tracks progress, you can set the due date by first day of last period or by ovulation date, and there's little tips as you go. You can track a bunch of stuff in there as well as just make general notes.

I used "The Bump" last pregnancy.

But mostly, I just used it to track my weight.

This time I'm using "I'm expecting" and I don't like it that much, but too much trauma associated with the previous pregnancy to use the same thing again.

Both times I downloaded like 10 apps and then stuck with one.  I've mostly found them all to be useless...

Congratulations!

Congratulations

I have 2, Ovia and Nurture by Glow.
I've given up tracking symptoms (22weeks now so I'm only logging doctors visits), but Ovia is great for tips and info on what to expect each week, while Nurture has a good forum.

Neither of them cost. You can get premium paid versions but I don't know that they have features that are worth it. Maybe give them (and any others) a try and see what you like best.

Congratulations!

I used the babycenter.com pregnancy app for my last 2 pregnancies.  I loved the app.  It was free and tracked my pregnancies with weekly updates. It gave a lot of information about what was going on onside my body.

My only suggestion is to stay off their forums.  There are a lot of very negative and toxic people on there.

Like a PP, I downloaded a bunch, but I only use two regularly. I like Ovia for its ease of tracking- I track my sleep, doctor's appointments, and write in notes and milestones. I don't keep a physical journal, so I log important events (conversations, emotions, etc) in this app. It does give weekly information plus daily tidbits, and there's an Articles section and several other resources to read more. I also use BabyCenter, which provides a little more information per day. During first trimester, there's *so* much happening with baby that I used both apps every day, but I check BabyCenter only 2-3 times a week now (I'm 22 weeks tomorrow). When I'm bored and want to browse more baby info, I'll pull up TheBump, BabyBump, or What to Expect. I downloaded Pregnancy+, but after first trimester almost everything is Premium/paid-for only. And an app called TotalPregnant was a waste of memory. Good luck finding one that meets your needs, and congratulations!!
