Yes!  We got our pass and tried to go over Thanksgiving (but were hit with the stomach flu).  Anyway, rescheduled for Spring Break. So my family of 4 enjoyed Zion and Bryce a few weeks ago.

Because we live in CA, I'm hoping to squeeze in maybe a couple of more this summer.  Probably Sequoia (have never been).  Maybe that's it.  Some of the others are just going to be too hot (Joshua Tree - been many times, Death Valley, etc.)  Yosemite is doable.  Most of the family has been there though.

i wasn't able to find information on how they check your kid's enrollment in 4th grade.
do you have to bring any document to prove your kid's grade?

No, there's no documentation.  At the first park (for us, Zion), you hand over your printed ticket.  They ask "which one of you is the fourth grader?"  My son answered "me!"  They handed us the "4th grader card" for him to sign - the 4th grader has to sign the back of it.

this is what it looks like when you turn in your ticket.  My finger is covering his name.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
