Hi Portland, OR Folks!

My girlfriend and I will be travelling to your city at the end of August, around the 24th. I'm looking for some local recommendations for specific areas to stay that will be best for walking/renting bikes and any places (restaurants, etc.) that we need to check out from a Mustachian perspective. As well if anyone would entertain a meetup around then that would be neat!

Just thought I'd bump this thread as I'm going to be in Portland this upcoming weekend and would greatly appreciate any recommendations for things to do/interesting events going on that might not be spotted from a quick Google search, or any meetup opportunities. Thanks in advance, cheers!
