Maybe I should require a photo ID to accompany each order.

I'm registering under the name "Spy, A."

Right, and your second account will be Stormtrooper, B. And your third will be Ewok, C.

Studies show* that threads with puppies are superior to non-puppy threads. I'm just trying to help using science.

*the studies may have been funded by the pro-puppy lobby.

An hour and a half until I'm supposed to update the front page of this thread with presale info.

I think that's enough time for a bubble bath - right? Should I take a book? Will someone wake me up if I fall asleep?

I'm not sure why that seemed complicated, but it did. I hope I followed your instructions correctly.

Done.

So far the freezing rain has not arrived and the driving is so-so. I'm sorry my event got cancelled but it made this easy.

Almost followed all the instructions, once the email popped up I could not navigate back to the instructions.  Followed the spirit, if not the letter, of said instructions.....

I do.  I have also learned that it costs 1.20 USD to mail a letter to Canada.

I will be sending an International Money Order - unless there is some way for me to send a personal US cheque for $50CAD (?)

Canada to US is also $1.20.

G-dog, cool idea - we should all send our cheques in Christmas cards!  And Prospector can display them at camp.

This is fine - if you get it at the post office be sure it is an INTERNATIONAL one.

Yep - as far as I know USPS is the only source (fee is $4.75 / MO). I could check with my bank(s) too.

If your reply email didn't have who to make the cheque out to, please let me know and I'll email again. I missed that trivial bit of info on my template.

Americans - I can cash cheques on most US banks here, but if you aren't using paper anymore, an international money order is fine. If neither of these are amenable, gimme a shout and I will work to accommodate you.

I trust we won't be the only ladies (we have pbkmaine already), so not the ladies lounge.

Pet's corner? Dog ville?  We are bringing pet pics, right?  I can bring some chiengora for spinning, too.  Keeps with the theme.

Yay!  pbkmaine, are you another introvert who snores?  I think the Ladies Lounge will need to be at least two rooms because I think the first room is already full!

In.
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.
I (rarely) blog at AdventuringAlong.com. Check out the Now page to see what I'm up to currently.

So we have local and not so local, singles and families - how many kids?  What will the kids do while the adults are having adult discussions about money and stuff?  Does the camp have supervised activities they can do?  We want them to have fun too.

I'm a social butterfly introvert.  Snoring?  My Ex said I snored but that was because I kept telling him he snored, which he did, deviated septums do that.  You will have to tell me the bad news if he was correct.
