I know the guy who started it was very active and was on the forums here. Suggest you become a member of that FB group.

Thanks for the recommendation, unfortunately i haven't had Facebook for years! I wish a lot of these groups would use other platforms.
Officially moving to DTSP next week. Would love to meet other like minded people in the area.

I can't be in SE Florida in 5 hours unless I take a plane, in which case with TSA pre-check is probably more like 3 or 4 hours depending on my mood in terms of "arrive early to airport."
