Questions for Evaluating Employer 401k Plans

Hello, I am part of a team at work that is investigating migrating our corporate 401k plan from MassMutual to another provider. I would be interested in suggestions from others about what providers we should speak with (currently looking at Vanguard, Employer Fiduciary, Fidelity, T Rowe Price, and re-evaluating MassMutual). I would love any potential suggestions you think we should ask through our RFP process. We have roughly 115 employees and $20+ million invested). Thanks for any insight you may offer!
