For those who invest in Vanguard's VXC (All World Except Canada ETF), we are asked to vote on the following proposition that VXC also includes China A Shares. I am so far in favor to vote for it, but is it a good idea or is there something I may not have thought of that should make me think twice before voting "For" the proposition.
