Time to invest in US large-cap equities.
According to the article:
"Biggest U.S. equity ETF losers

    U.S. large-cap: negative $12.8 billion
    U.S. small-cap: negative $2.5 billion
U.S. real estate: negative $1.4 billion
    U.S. high-dividend yield: negative $1 billion
    U.S. financials: negative $812 billion"

So a shift of about $16 billion dollars took place in the ~$2 trillion ETF market? It was during just one month, but that's less than 1% of funds.

Not sure I understand what you're saying here.
x2?
Saying what categories are getting money or losing money over the last few years. It's in billions. $220 billion entered the market this year or something to that effect. Pension funds are being put elsewhere. That kinda thing.

So easy for these writers to turn a mole hill into a mountain. That's why I ignore these articles. Peter Lynch always talks about ignoring the day to day wind storms and paying attention to the long-term big picture.

It's just a coincidence that funds almost never flow net towards recent under performers, Innerscorecard.  Stop using data to make your hair brained case.

Repeat after me:

The.  market. Is. efficient. and. comprised. entirely. of. rational. actors.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
