What happened with Charles Schwab?

Has anyone else noticed a serious downturn in Charles Schwab's customer service? They used to be great, now seem not to so good....

They are in the process of merging with TD Ameritrade -- maybe they have consolidated customer service and quality has dropped?  No idea, just a guess...
