Just starting a thread for market predictions this year.  Yep, just for fun.  None of us are changing our investment strategy. No whining :)

My bad knee tells me that the S&P will bottom out near 2,250 this year.

I just finished recharging my solar powered crystal ball.

It says S&P gets back up to around 2800 and then starts falling again. Finishes the year at around... oh darn it, these old NiCad batteries just can't hold a charge.

Um... We will hit 2800 by end of March and close the year above 3000.

I'm a member of a club that has a contest to predict the SP500 close the night before our December meeting. My guess for that club this year is 3200.
