Those are some weird choices, in the long run you might want to port this somewhere else. The only three that I feel might be OK without doing research are
Vanguard Dividend Appreciation Index Investor - VDAIX
Schwab Fundamental U.S. Large Company Index - SFLNX
Vanguard LifeStrategy Moderate Growth Investor - VSMGX

What are the rest of your investments?

Kind of tough to advise you on anything without knowing your whole financial picture.

We have about 40-50% of our assets in Assetbuilder's Model Portfolio 14, which consists of Dimensional Funds.  You can see the allocations on the site here:

https://assetbuilder.com/our-model-portfolios

We keep about 10% in cash to satisfy bank covenants and the rest (40-50%) in our small businesses that mainly consist of real estate projects (development, portfolio rentals, other projects, etc.).

We're seeking yield and low costs through a passive fund of some sort.  The Vanguard funds are probably worth investigating.  I'll check out the Schwab fund suggested above as well.

I'm partial to Vanguard (like most here).  It seems to me VDAIX would fit your needs best (yield + 0.20% ER), out of your funds available.

VDAIX returns:

I'm partial to Vanguard too, but Schwab funds are generally good options too.  I have most of my retirement plans in Dimensional Funds so it would be easy to keep things at Schwab so it is in the same place.  We do have accounts for 529 plans with Vanguard though so it wouldn't be a big deal having things there.
