Stay away from Vio Bank. Their customer service is horrible. If you transfer money to them, they will hold your money hostage for over a week. If you try to close your account, they will hold your money hostage for over a week. If you try to do anything, anything at all, they will hold your money hostage and refuse to help you. It's not worth the ever so slightly higher interest rate.
