VFTSX

My wife's current 401K plan is a huge ripoff, with fees in the +2% range throughout all options. I have all her money in a T.Rowe Large Cap fund, that did really well. Now I'm trying to diversify a bit, and the only Vanguard fund available is VFTSX. I ran a comparison test on the Backtest Portfolio Asset Allocator against VTI and VOO and it was a head-and-shoulder run. Fees for this fund are unfortunately 2.48% but we have no other choice.
What are our thoughts?

Don't diversify in the 401k. Just balance your portfolio across all your accounts. Keep the low fee fund.
