First post here. I've searched around some and have not found a good answer so I thought I'd post.

Looking for some opinions on what to do with my retirement savings. I've recently changed companies and need to figure out what to do with the funds in my old 403(b)/401(a). I don't have a lot in there so I am looking to avoid any unnecessary taxes or fees to keep my progress going while optimizing the future of the funds. I am trying to figure out if I should transfer the funds to a new Vangaurd account or roll them over to my new employer's 401(k) option. I don't currently have an account with Vangaurd but I've been reading and hearing good things and would hate to miss an opportunity to get an account going with them. I'm also open to any other options that you all may know of that I may have not thought about. Thank you in advance.
