Bit Top needs more bling to truly show how unprecedented the gains could be. So stable, incredible growth, no downside possible, and when you know the top is just around the corner, sell before everyone else does. It's just a matter of reading the charts correctly and getting a clean strategy to short the bit top.

I've never seen one used in that position before... I think we're looking at these bit charts upside down! The top is still in though.

Is the top in for 2020?

70 minutes left, who can say what the future holds. Still enough time to hit both the level 1 and level 2 circuit breakers.

Although I suppose we can say with confidence at this point that the MOST the markets could fall yet in 2020 is 20% (because at that point they'd hit the level 3 circuit breaker and close down for the rest of the day).

Edit: Okay, now, with confidence, we can say that the 2020 top was in. S&P hit its highest value all year in the last 5 minutes of trading. Up 16.3% from its close on Dec 31st, 2019 (3230) in the year of a global pandemic. Who would have thunk it?

You should go back and read the comments from March on the expectations for the rest of 2020.  A lot of them did not age well.

The top was in! We called it! Based on our year to date trend we are on track for SP500 to be at 44 by the end of 2021. The mother of all bear markets is here (TMOABM).

I’m selling everything and going 100% into cryptokitties. They are a much better inflation hedge than Bitcoin because they are also kittens.

Hey! People need those bears for food up here, it's a sustainable local supply of meat, raise your own... Come to think of it, anyone who wants to take on a bear with a cape and a dagger is probably not a concern for our population. Send them up.

Update, based on today’s trend we will not be at SP500 = 44 at the end of the year. Instead we will be at (checks math) 22,002.115.

I’m rotating out of cryptokitties and into quadruple leveraged index funds. By the end of this year I will have many millions of dollars and I will buy a race car.

Thank you
