One little search for churning and now I get ads like:

POINTS CLAWED BACK?
MET THE MINIMUM SPEND?
YOU MAY HAVE A CLAIM!

You don't use adblock, scriptsafe, and a private browser? I even gots a VPN on right now...

Adblock is the big one.

Noscript can break some websites so, you at least need to know what your doing when using it.

I think a VPN is probably overkill (depending on what you are doing at least)

umatrix. it's a bit of a pain at first because you have to specifically tell it which scripts/sites are allowed to load, but after a few weeks you'll have pretty much everything worked out and no ads!

What's the correct asset allocation between the ad companies and the ad blockers? Is the ad top in?

Yeah.. It's even on iOS now too isn't it? Windows Phone? Lol

Adblock on iOS only works for Safari itself, not in-app browsers using webkit (e.g., viewing a link a reddit app).  It also doesn't work on my potatophone

VPN or DNS could fix this, but it's not really worth it in this context.

opening a new private browser will do the trick.  At least for removing the targeted ads.

Diversify by getting both at once - Google plans to offer an ad blocker, and already has an ad business.
