Investment portfolio fund recommendations

I am looking for your help building my investment portfolio. I'm 27 years old  and currently contribute 8.5 percent of my pretax pay to my pension plan and 12%  to a 457 plan. I do not have any other accounts  and I am looking for an allocation that is moderate to aggressive. I have listed my fund options for both of my accounts along with expense ratios. Thank you for your recommendations.

Those pension options are odd: Vanguard small cap but no large cap?

You might want to consider balancing between the two accounts. Buy VSGIX and VTIAX (maybe VBAIX if you want some bond exposure) in the pension, then VINIX in your 457.
