So I live in Clark County, Washington and the property sales are coming next month. I've read for a couple of years now on tax sales and such, and I am interested in getting into them.
I was curious if anyone had any advice. Or on the longshot that anyone is in the area, I would enjoy being tutored in this kind of investment.

If anyone has some time to go over the list I would enjoy hearing what things to avoid and what things are good to go for. Some of the empty parcels of land seem like they could be good deals at a low enough price. Any advice is welcome!
Thanks
