I've had issues with them as well. They decided to lock my account (and not escalate my phone call when I asked for it) because I moved. They tried to say it was because they could not verify my address (which is idiotic) which they were required to do under customer identification program. Given they had already identified me when I opened the account AND the only allowable action according to that law is to close my account, I am livid. I will closing my account once my one year is up. I would not even try to get something from them, they have horrible customer service.
