Has anyone invested with Swell?  I really like the idea of it, but I'm not sure how I feel about the fees.  It's .75% on what you invest.  Anyone have any opinions on them or currently using them? https://www.swellinvesting.com/homepage

So you get a lack of diversification for an ER of 0.75%.  I'll stick with Vanguard.

Complete and utter ripoff. Vanguard, Schwab, and blackrock all offer socially responsible funds (eg vftsx) at a fraction of the price. And I believe betterment does this cheap as well if you want a robo advisor.

Well, it's not saying much, but at least 0.75% is better than the 1.48% charged to those of us who want to invest in gambling, smoking, drinking and warmongering...

Haha interesting.  And yea, I was kinda expecting this to be the response.  I already invest mostly with Vanguard and some things I'm still painfully needing to move from Betterment, but wanted to double check since I like the idea of investing in something positive.

Did anyone look at their "graph"? Not one time in the last 27 years did the S/P 500 have better returns. Oddly concerning to me.

They are not showing annual returns, rather they are showing a hypothetical example of what would have happened if you invested with them the day their fund opened. It looks like they had some big bets pay off in their first year and quickly switched to something conservative that has mostly tracked the SP500.
