Has anyone ever heard of a demand deposit marketplace account? Are there any significant drawbacks to opening up one of these that I should know about? The accountant for our association is suggesting we transfer funds into one of these so we don't have to worry about FDIC limits on our maintenance reserves, but I can't find much information on them out in internet-land ... it seems like this is a pretty new product?
