With regards to the Vanguard Funds (UK), I was looking at investing in the Lifestrategy 80% fund through my TD Direct Regular Investment ISA. It requires an intial investment of £500, not sure if that is the same regardless of your trading platform. Until I have the lump sum for Vanguard (next couple on months), I'm just trickling some money into HSBC FTSE 250 Index C ACC.
I'm still new to all this though so any other EU folk able to post their experience, please do. The place that really helped me understand index funds is here :
