Setting up a lazy portfolio (EU)
« on: March 26, 2013, 06:08:53 AM »
As requested in this thread https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/investor-alley/setting-up-a-lazy-portfolio/

An EU centric investment thread for lazy portfolios.

With regards to the Vanguard Funds (UK), I was looking at investing in the Lifestrategy 80% fund through my TD Direct Regular Investment ISA. It requires an intial investment of £500, not sure if that is the same regardless of your trading platform. Until I have the lump sum for Vanguard (next couple on months), I'm just trickling some money into HSBC FTSE 250 Index C ACC.

I'm still new to all this though so any other EU folk able to post their experience, please do. The place that really helped me understand index funds is here :  http://monevator.com/series/buying-index-trackers/
