This may be a silly question but bear with me, as I rarely see information regarding roth 403(b)s
My SO has a small amount ($5000ish) stashed in a Roth 403(b) with Fidelity that was saved with a former employer. Since then, we have been maxing her Roth IRA through Vanguard each year (in addition to savings in traditional 403(b)s). For ease of keeping track of things, I was considering rolling over the Roth 403(b) to her Roth IRA. Is there any reason not to do this? The Fidelity expense ratios are reasonable (though not as competitive as Vangard for comparable index funds). Am I missing any obvious advantage to letting that money sit with Fidelity for the next few decades?
