I'm looking to simplify my investments and I have an old Simple IRA that is invested in ARDVX (American Century One Choice 2040 Inv) and was thinking I would sell to buy SWTSX (Schwab Total Market Index). I was about to hit buy when I realized there might be a tax implication (or other implication I don't understand) and would ask my favorite MMM experts first. Anyone have a quick answer for me?

Thank you!

In short, transactions within an IRA have no tax consequences.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
