Rolling over a Vanguard 403b for Vanguard IRA?

I have a Vanguard 403b through my former employer and am curious whether I should roll that over into the IRA I have with Vanguard.  Both are currently VTSAX but I was wondering if there is a reason to do it other than for simplicity's sake.
