Determining Dividends in VANGUARD TOTAL STOCK MKT IDX INV (VTSMX) and others

Etrade is constantly tinkering with it's "income estimator" feature and now my Vanguard funds no longer have dividends estimated.  Did I miss something?  Is Vangaurd still paying dividends in its funds (VTSMX, VEURX & VPACX)?  How do I get this historical and current information and an estimate on future dividend payouts?

I recall Vanguard switching from annual dividends to quarterly - maybe there's some remaining confusion?
On Vanguard's website, VTSMX shows 2.03% as SEC yield.
