403b to Roth Conversion Ladder

I apologize if this has been a topic in the past. I've searched and not found a direct one relating to this, but I certainly could have missed it.

Could a standard Roth conversion ladder be used with a 403b? If not, would any different steps need to be used?

Yes. Same rules as a 401k. Depending on your particular plan you might be required to roll over the an IRA first.
