As of 30th July 2015 Vanguard no longer applies a 0.1% dilution levy to their Lifestrategy funds. TER remains at 0.24%.
Although I've only just found out about this, it's great news for initial purchase and rebalancing later down the line if, for example, you wanted to move from LS 100% to LS 80% etc.
