Does any have experience with doing this? Are there any costs or fees that are passed on to you for backing out after signing closing docs? The reason for asking is I locked in a rate of 4.125 (felt pressured) and wanted to float. Had I floated I would have been much better off now. Total closing cost comes to $2900. Back out? Suck it up? More details needs?
