On VTSAX and VBTLX - need some international exposure?

I've always been happy with my simple AA of VTSAX (88%), VBTLX (10%), and I Bonds (2%) but now I am thinking I need some international or emerging markets exposure in my long-term plan. (I am probably 15 - 20 years from retirement.)
Vanguard has a lot of options for international exposure... Do any of you have a favorite fund that covers that need? What % of your AA is non-domestic?

20% US TSM
10% US SCV
10% US Growth
10% Bonds
10% Cash
5% US REIT

US Equity (mostly VTSAX) 49%
International Equity (mostly VTIAX with a little VEMAX) 25%
US Bonds (mostly VBTLX) 14%
International Bonds (mostly VTABX) 4%
REIT (VGSLX), TIPS (VIPSX) and Gold each 1%
Cash 5%

I'm retired, my wife is not yet and carrying a little extra cash due to kids in college.  Hope this helps.

I use a modified Merriman portfolio (I skip the international value since Vanguard's fund cost is too high):
Total International 15%
Emerging Markets 10%
International Small Cap 15%
International REIT 5%

Not sure if it's good or bad but I've held it for a decade and plan to keep holding with annual rebalancing.
