Bonds: Regular vs Inflation?

I am using the asset allocation worksheet here:
http://www.financialramblings.com/archives/asset-allocation-spreadsheet/
In it, the author refers to bonds as either "inflation" or "regular." I googled and have not found what is meant by referring to them as such.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I believe Inflation refers to TIPS (Treasury Inflation Protected Securities) in which the Par Value of the bond is adjusted for inflation.

Of course, regular is everything else.
