Hi Everyone,
The retirement 403b accounts offered at my work are terrible, and Lincoln is unfortunately the best of the worst options.
I have an account with Lincoln but haven't been contributing for long. There isn't much $ in there (<15k).
I'm leaving my employer soon. I know I can rollover these funds to an IRA. Here's the thing: As much as I'm hoping to cut ties with Lincoln the surrender charges are insane. They amount to wiping out the very modest gains AND it would also cut into the principle.
Do I bite the bullet and do it or should I just leave the account alone?
