Inheriting stock

Very soon I am going to inherit around 35 shares of BP oil stock. The last time I looked the stock price was around $46 per share. So these shares are only going to be worth $1,600+/-.
Has anyone got any ideas on this? Should I hold onto it or sell it?
I am inclined to sell it since the value isn't that much.
This article indicates that a $2.40 dividend was paid last year. I am assuming that is $2.40 per stock which would be $84 dividend per year.

This is pretty simple. You have to only answer one question and you probably already know what it is.
Are you buying BP stock now?
If your answer is no, sell it as soon as you get it. Have a nice day.
