Index Funds and ETF's : 100K Which top 5 would you invest in ? - EUROPE

Hello MMM friends all over:

Fairly new to the Land of MMM:
So my question would be :
If you had 100K to invest in ETF's and Index Funds , which 5 (Index ETF;s) would you select and invest in, with as goal to be one step closer to your Financial Goal towards Independence.
(through a European broker)

It depends on where you live in Europe and thus the tax regime of your home country.
I'm from belgium, where only dividends are taxed (capital gains are tax free). Therefore I prefer low cost capitalization ETF's
My investments are mostly in:

- iShares Core MSCI World
- iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets
- iShares MSCI Frontier 100 Fund
- iShares Core Euro Corporate Bond
- iShares $ Corporate Bond
