Work 401k Allocation suggestions?

What do you guys recommend I set my elections to....
Here are my options

Fixed Income (Low Risk)
Vanguard Intermediate Bd Index VBIUX
Balanced Fund
Socially Responsible Stock
Vanguard Inst Index Plus VIIIX
Stock Fund
Vanguard Extended Market VEMPX
Van All World Ex-US Index VFWSX

I don't know much about this stuff so your expertise will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Figure out your desired asset allocation, then use the four Vanguard funds.

VIIIX and VEMPX together make VTSAX (roughly 4-to-1 ratio for market cap weighting).

Use VFWSX if you want international exposure, and VBIUX if you want bonds.

BTW, you might also find it interesting to note that many of the currently popular asset allocation formulas basically represent mutations of the classic 60% stocks and 40% bonds formula. For what that's worth...
