having some property funds in my portfolio?
« on: August 10, 2016, 01:32:33 AM »
Been browsing around and saw this fund for property. Past history very nice returns. the fee's are small 0.22%

do you guys recommend having some of the money invested in property? atm im 100% in equity. I don't see myself bothering with bonds.

You equity probably holds the market weighting for property funds already.  Buying because of past results is performance chasing/market timing.
