Been browsing around and saw this fund for property. Past history very nice returns. the fee's are small 0.22%

do you guys recommend having some of the money invested in property? atm im 100% in equity. I don't see myself bothering with bonds.

You equity probably holds the market weighting for property funds already. Buying because of past results is performance chasing/market timing.
