private stock exchange
« on: March 21, 2024, 03:51:06 PM »
Does anyone have experience with a private stock exchange to sell your shares in a pre-IPO company? One example such as Nasdaq Private Markets. I currently have 10-15k options that will expire when I leave the company, which is happening before we IPO.  Looking to see if anyone else has done this before and had success.

I often see pre-IPO funding rounds listed on Crunchbase, and this article repeats some of the list above.

@surpasspro used Fundrise to buy pre-IPO shares, and might have insight on what their platform is like and if they offer pre-IPO options.
