I used to primarily use E*Trade and remember their performance analytics to be sorely lacking. Besides limiting the performance timeframe, it would do things like ignore dividends in return calculations. It's probably worth giving them a call to see if you're missing something, but you might have to roll up you sleeves and build a spreadsheet to do the calculations yourself.
