I wouldn't do it. It isn't publicly traded, it looks like there is very little diversification compared to an individual publicly traded REIT let alone a REIT ETF. I would be scared of the "fine print" or one of the properties not being as good as it appears. It's easy to get screwed in this type of thing. Now this one may be okay but I'm too chicken and don't know what I don't know about it.
You could look at RIET ETF's like ICY, VNQ, FREL. Or large publicly traded individual REIT's Like O, WPC or BPR. O is pricey right now however.
